Our shop functions on limited stock. That means that for most of the products in our collection, we order them from our distributors the same day you place your order. It takes 1-3 working days for the products to get to us, we make sure everything is okay, we pack them and we ship them off to you. This adds up to 5-7 working days from the moment you order until the package reaches you.

I ordered an item that was presented as “In stock”, but afterwards I received an email saying it is “Out of stock”. Why?
